Welcome to Alverthorpe Working Mens Social Cub, a club that now stands as one of the premier social clubs in West Yorkshire

The club has been at it's present location in Flanshaw Lane for over 100 years.

Famed for its quality entertainment the club attracts visitors from far and wide. Served by the main brewers Carlsberg Tetley the club is able to offer a large range of beers wines and spirits, along with a wide range of every changing guest ales, something to suite everyone's taste.

Live music on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays with top acts starting about 9pm.

On the sporting side the club has an air conditioned snooker room with 3 recently recovered top quality snooker tables regularly maintained to top spec with teams that compete in local and regional leagues. Also a beautifully kept bowling green used every day of the week with teams always looking for new recruits.
